| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة مواقف المستشار توفيق محمد الشاوي (1918-2009) من الثورة الجزائرية (1954-1962)، وكشفت عن دوره المحوري في دعمها قانونياً ودبلوماسياً وإعلامياً. أظهرت الدراسة علاقاته الوثيقة بقيادات الثورة، ودوره كوسيط ومستشار، وإسهاماته في التأصيل القانوني لمشروعيتها، ورؤيته المستقبلية للدولة الجزائرية المستقلة كدولة مدنية إسلامية ذات علاقات متميزة بمحيطها العربي والإسلامي .الكلمات المفتاحية: توفيق الشاوي، الثورة الجزائرية، الدعم القانوني، الدولة المدنية الإسلامية، العلاقات العربية الجزائرية. Summary: This study examined the positions of Counselor Tawfiq Muhammad al-Shawi (1918-2009) regarding the Algerian Revolution (1954-1962), revealing his pivotal role in supporting it legally, diplomatically, and through media. The study demonstrated his close relationships with revolution leaders, his role as mediator and advisor, his contributions to the legal legitimization of the revolution, and his future vision for independent Algeria as an Islamic civil state with distinguished relations with its Arab and Islamic surroundings.
