Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع حضور القوى والإمارات المحلية في الجزائر العثمانية في القرن ال18م، وتركزت اشكاليتها حول السؤال الآتي :
كيف كان حضور القوى والإمارات المحلية في الجزائر العثمانية في القرن ال18م؟
والإجابة على هذه الإشكالية اعتمدنا على مجموعة من المصادر منها: كتاب المرآة لحمدان بن عثمان خوجة، وكتاب الجزائر وأوربا لجون وولف..، وغيرها من المصادر العربية والاجنبية الأخرى.
وبناءا على ما توصلنا إليه من مادة علمية ارتأينا إلى تقسيم موضوعنا على النحو التالي:
الفصل التمهيدي: وهو عبارة عن مدخل يتناول أوضاع الجزائر قبل القرن 18م، وينقسم إلى مبحثان ، أولا الأوضاع السياسية والاقتصادية، وثانيا الأوضاع الاجتماعية والثقافية.
أما الفصل الأول ، فيحمل عنوان الإمارات المحلية ودورها، وينقسم إلى مبحثان، الأول يتناول إمارات بلاد القبائل، والثاني يتناول إمارات بلاد الصحراء.
أما الفصل الثاني والأخير، فجاء تحت عنوان الفئات الاجتماعية ودورها، ويندرج تحته مبحثان الأول تحت عنوان فئة المدن والريف، والثاني تحت عنوان فئة الأتراك والكراغلة.
ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها هي :
أن الأوضاع في الجزائر تأثرت بالثقافية العثمانية بشكل واضح، وهو ما انعكس على مختلف جوانب الحياة، كما أن لها دور فعال في ادارة شؤون مناطقها، كما أن الفئات الاجتماعية في الجزائر تنوعت مما ساهم في اثراء المشهد الثقافي والديني والتاريخي للبلاد.
This study focuses on the presence of local powers and Emirates in ottoman Algeria during The18th century , with the main research question being:how did these powers and Emirates exist and influence ottoman Algeriain the 18th century?
We relied on several importanti sources , including:
"The mirror"by hamdan khodja , "memories of William shaler", "Algeria and Europe"by John wolf , as will as other translated historical works.
Structure of the study:
The study is divided into three main chapters:
introductory chaptre:
This is a background section on Algeria bever 18th century. It includes tow parts :
The first part discusses the political and economic situation, the second part focuse on social and cultural aspects.
chpter tow local Emirates and their role , this chpter includes :
The first part Emirates in the kabylie region.
The second part Emirates in the Sahara region.
Chpter tow social groups and their role , this chpter Covers:
The first part:urban and rural communities,
The second part: the Turkish and the Kouloughlis.
Main findings:
- algérien society was strongly influenced by ottoman culture which appeared in many aspects of life.
- several local Emirates exited, many of which were formed before ottoman role , and played importanti roles in different region.
- Algeria had a rich and diverse social structure, which contributed to its cultural , religious and historical richness.
