Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور المجتمع المدني ومحاولته تحقيق السلم الاجتماعي بالجزائر حسب ما تنص عليه النصوص العالمية والدستور الجزائري وكذا أعراف وقيم البنية الديمغرافية للفرد والجماعة بالجزائر، إذ أن توحيد الجهود والأفكار بين مختلف شرائح المجتمع سواء الرسمية منها أو غير الرسمية من اجل بناء مجتمع فعال يحتويه الأمن والسلم الاجتماعي ورغم التنوع الثري للثقافة الاجتماعية بالجزائر بعيدا عن الأزمات المختلفة، وللدراسة أعمق قمنا بتقسيم دراستنا إلى فصلين؛ عنوان الفصل الأول الإطار المعرفي للمجتمع المدني والسلم الاجتماعي والفصل الثاني المجتمع المدني في الجزائر و سُبل تجسيده للسلم الاجتماعي وخلصنا لبالغ أهمية المجتمع المدني بكل مؤسساته في بلورة السلم والأمن الاجتماعي عالميا ومحليا بفضل الحوار البناء وتقبل إيديولوجيات الأخر وجعل المصلحة العامة للوطن أولى من المصالح الخاصة الضيقة.

Study summary
This study aims to show the role of civil society and its attempt to achieve social peace in Algeria, as stipulated in the international texts and the Algerian constitution, as well as the norms and values of the demographic structure of the individual and the group in Algeria, as the unification of efforts and ideas between the various segments of society, whether official or unofficial, in order to build an effective society. It contains security and social peace and despite the rich diversity of social culture in Algeria away from various crises, and for a deeper study we divided our study into two chapters; The title of the first chapter is The knowledge framework for civil society and social peace
and the second chapter is B Civil society in Algeria and ways to embody social peace
We concluded with the great importance of civil society with all its institutions in crystallizing peace and social security globally and locally thanks to constructive dialogue and acceptance of the other's ideologies and making the public interest of the homeland priority over narrow private interests
