| dc.description.abstract | ممخص: تمعب الشركات التجارية دورا فعاال في ترقية االستثمار، كونيػا اآلليػة الرئيسػية لػدفع عجمػة النمػو االقتصادي، ونظرا لخصوصيتيا القانونية و الوظيفيػة فػي خمػؽ االسػتثمارات مػف خػالؿ االسػتغالؿ األمثػؿ لموسائؿ المادية والبشرية عمى تعزيز االقتصاد عمى المستوأل الوطني. تفػػػرض البيئػػػة االقتصػػػادية صػػػعوبة إنجػػػاز المشػػػاريع االسػػػتثمارية التجاريػػػة مػػػف خػػػالؿ معيقػػػات داخمية لمشركات أو متعمقػة بتػ ثير األسػواؽ عمييػا، وكػذا معوقػات خارجيػة تتعمػؽ أساسػا بالدولػة الماػيفة لالستثمار، لما ليا مف آثار عمى استقرار الشركات مف أجؿ تحيؽ أىدافيا. الكممات المفتاحية: الشػػػػركات التجاريػػػػة، األليػػػػات، خصوصػػػػيات االسػػػػتثمار، مشػػػػروع اسػػػػتثماري، شػػػػركة المسػػػػاىمة، قيػػػػود االستثمار. Summary: Businesses play an active role in investment promotion, being the main mechanism for driving economic growth, and given their legal and functional specificity in creating investments through the optimal utilization of physical and human means to strengthen the economy at the national level. The economic environment makes it difficult to achieve business investment projects through internal or market impact constraints and external investment host State implications for corporate stability in order to meet their objectives.
