dc.description.abstractتأتي أهمية العلاقات غير الرسمية من تغلغلها في أغلب التنظيمات على إختلاف طبيعتها وأهدافها، فتعتبر العلاقات غير الرسمية داخل المؤسسة من المواضيع التي لاقت اهتماما كبيرا لما له من تأثير على المؤسسة و أهدافها و مستوى الفعالية التنظيمية ولها تأثير على إنتاجية المؤسسة كما هو الحال بالنسبة للفعالية التنظيمية فكلاهما يؤثران على التنظيم ، وسنحاول تناول مفهوم العلاقات غير الرسمية وعلاقتها بالفعالية داخل التنظيمات و الابتعاد عن الطريقة النمطية في تناول هذا المتغير الفاعل، و فقا لدراستنا التي محتواها هو العلاقات غير الرسمية ودورها في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية حسب وجهة نظر الإطار الرسمي. الكلماتالمفتاحية: العلاقات غير الرسمية، الفعالية التنظيمية. Summary: The importance of informal relations comes from their penetration into most organizations of different nature and objectives, so informal relations within the institution are considered one of the topics that have received great attention because of its impact on the institution and its objectives and the level of organizational effectiveness and have an impact on the productivity of the institution as is the case for organizational effectiveness, both affect the organization, and we will try to address the concept of informal relations and their relationship to effectiveness within organizations and move away from the stereotypical way of dealing with this effective variable, and According to our study, the content of which is informal relations and their role in achieving organizational effectiveness according to the point of view of the formal framework.
