يعتبر تقديم الحصص في الشركات التجارية شرطا أساسيا في تأسيسها وتختلف أحكام
تقديم وتقييم الحصص باختالف طبيعة الحصة وباختالف نوع الشركة وفي كل األحوال فإن
تقديم الحصص يكسب مقدمها صفة الشريك بما يترتب عن ذلك من حقوق.
