| dc.description.abstract | إن بقاء المنظمة وإستمرارها مرهون بمدى قدرتها على تقديم منتجات وخدمات في أسرع وقت وأقل جهد وتحقيق الرضا لدى الزبائن، وهو مرتبط بشكل أساسي بمدى كفاءة وإحترافية مواردها البشرية التي تمثل العنصر الأهم لخلق القيمة المضافة لجميع الموارد التنظيمية. لذا تعد الموارد البشرية الركيزة الأساسية لأي منظمة، وأحد دعائمها الإستراتيجية وأساس تحريك عجلات النمو، وهو مادفع إلى الإهتمام المتزايد بموضوع الموارد البشرية، والسعي للبحث عن اليات وإستراتيجيات حديثة من أجل تطوير وتنمية العنصر البشري. سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم الإستراتيجيات التي من شأنها تنمية المورد البشري كإستراتيجية التخطيط، التدريب، الإدارة الإلكترونية...، ودراسة واقع كل ذلك على الحالة الجزائرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: تنمية الموارد البشرية، إدارة الموارد البشرية، إستراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية. Summary: The survival of the organization and its continuity depends on the extent of its ability to provide products and services in the fastest time and with the least effort and to achieve customer satisfaction, and it is mainly related to the extent of the efficiency and professionalism of its human resources, which represents the most important element for creating added value for all organizational resources. Therefore, human resources are the basic pillar of any organization, and one of its strategic pillars and the basis for moving the wheels of growth, which is what prompted the increasing interest in the issue of human resources, and the search for modern mechanisms and strategies for the development and development of the human element. This study sought to shed light on the most important strategies that would develop the human resource, such as the strategy of planning, training, electronic management..., and studying the reality of all of this on the Algerian case.
