| dc.description.abstract | الحضانة نوع من أنواع الولاية الثابتة للطفل منذ ولادته وحتى من البلوغ، ويقصد بها ولاية التربية، وتهدف إلى الصيانة والقيام على مصالحة وحمايته والمشرع الجزائري والفقه الإسلامي حرصوا على توافر الشروط الضرورية للحاضنين من أجل مصلحة المحضون وفي الأخير تم دراسة أثار وتبعات الحضانة الناجمة عنها مثل النفقة سكن ممارسة الحضانة وحق الزيارة الكلمات المفتاحية : الحضانة الشروط الحضانة السكن الزيارة القانون الجزائري.
