| dc.description.abstract | حقوق العامل األجنبي في الج ازئر لقوانين وأنظمة محددة، تهدف إلى ضمان حصوله على معاملة عادلة وكريمة. حيت تهتم هذه الد ارسة بمعرفة كيف قام المشرع الج ازئري بحماية العامل االجنبي، كما تأتي هذا الد ارسة لتلقي الضوء على حقوق العمال األجانب في الج ازئر، والتي تساهم بشكل كبير في تنمية االقتصاد الوطني كما تهدف إلى تحديد آليات الداخلية والخارجية لحماية العامل األجنبي ودراسة النصوص القانونية واالتفاقيات المتعلقة بهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: حقوق العامل األجنبي، الحماية القانونية للعمال المهاجرين.
