| dc.description.abstract | عملت الثورة التكنولوجيا باألسا في التأثير على جل الشؤون الدولية طوال التاريرع باعتبارها يبداعا ينساني خلصا يتجسد في آليات مادية تحكم توجه سلوك األفراد والمجتمعات وكذا الدول والمنظمات الدولية في حقل العالقات الدولية من خالل مظهرين أساسيين وهما )الحرب والسلم(ع وما ينتج عنه من تفاعل هذخ الوحدات على الساحة العالمية وخلق نشاط تنافسي على جميع المستويات السياسية منها واالقتصادية واالجتماعية كما تناولت الدراسة أثر التكنولوجيا في تعزيز سيادة الدولة القومية أو انهيارها أو تحولها يلى معطى جديد يأخذ صورة أكثر ديناميكية من المفهوم التقليديع كما كان للعامل التكنولوجيا أثر على أداور وظائف مختلف المنظمات الدولية خاصة منظمة األمم المتحدة و دورها في حماية حقوق اإلنسان في ظل التقدم التكنولوجي الهائل الذي كان له صدى كبير في طرح مختلف القضايا المتعلقة بحماية حقوق اإلنسان وتقرير مصيرها كالقضية الفلسطينية وقضية شعب الروهنيغا وقضية السودان.
