| dc.description.abstract | تكتسب دراسة عقد الاعتماد الإيجاري أهمية كبيرة فهو يحقق للمشروع المستفيد الحصول على الأصول الإنتاجية اللازمة لكونه آلية لدعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة،كما تكمن أهميته في مرونته وتطوره بالنسبة لأطرافه وبالنسبة للتنمية الاقتصادية. ومن خلال تحليلنا فيهذه الدراسة فإن المشرع الجزائري قد نظم عقد الاعتماد الإيجاري في الأمر رقم 96-09على غرار التشريعات المقارنة من خلال تحديد شروطه الموضوعية لإبرامه وكذا شروطه الشكلية . The study of the leasing contract is of great importance .it achieves the beneficiary project obtaining the necessary productive assets as it is a mechanism to support the small and medium enterprises .its importance’s lies in its flexibility and development for its parties and for economic development. Through our analysis in this study .the Algerian project has organized the contract of rental credit in order N96-09simlar to the comparative, legislation through the determination of the substantive conditions for the conclusion of the contract and the plastic. | en_US |
