| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى حساب الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الضغوط المهنية لصاحبهما فرج عبد القادر طه والسيد مصطفى راغبلدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالبيئة المحلية دراسة ميدانية ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة المسيلة، اعتمد المنهج الوصفي في كل إجراءات الدراسة، وتم حساب مؤشرات الصدق والثبات واستخراج المعايير المئينية علىعينة التقنين المكونة من (101) أستاذاوأستاذة بأساليب إحصائية مكنتنا من الإجابة على تساؤلات الإشكالية، وجاءت نتائج المعالجة للبيانات المستخلصة كالتالي: -تمتع مقياس الضغوط المهنية والمطبق في البيئة المحلية بدرجة عالية من مؤشرات الصدق. - تمتع مقياس الضغوط المهنية والمطبق في البيئة المحلية بدرجةمرتفعةمن معاملات الثبات. -استخراج المعايير المئينية التي فيضوئها يتم تفسير الدرجات الخام لعينة التقنين الكلمات المفتاحية: الضغوط المهنية، الخصائص السيكومترية، أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي Absract : The current study aims to calculate the psychometric properties of the Occupational Stress Scale by Faraj Abdel QaderTaha and Dr. Al-Sayed Mustafa Ragheb among a sample of primary school teachers in the local environment. This is a field study conducted in some primary schools in the city of M'sila. The descriptive method was adopted in all study procedures, and indicators of validity and reliability were calculated. Percentile norms were extracted for a sample of (101) male and female teachers using statistical methods that allowed us to answer the research questions. The results of the data analysis were as follows: The Occupational Stress Scale, as applied in the local environment, exhibited a high degree of validity indicators. The Occupational Stress Scale, as applied in the local environment, demonstrated a high level of reliability coefficients.
