| dc.description.abstract | ملخص الدراسة: هدفتالدراسةالحاليةإلىالتعرفعلىمساهمةالاتصالالعلميفيترةية الإنتاجالعلمي لدى عينةمن ساتذةكليةالعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعيةبجامعةمحمد بوضياف المسيلة،و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث انب الاعتمادعلىاستبيانلجمعالبياناتمكونمن 21 عبارةتمالتأكدمنصدقثباته،وتمتطبيقه علىعينةمكونة من 90 أستاذاو أستاذة، وبعدجميعالبياناتعالجناها بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS،وتحصلنا على النتائج التالية : مستوى الاتصال العلمي بين أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية مرتفع ،ويساهم الاتصال العلمي بين الأساتذة في زيادة وترقية الإنتاج العلمي لديهم ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الأساتذة والأستاذات في درجة الاتصال العلمي ، وفي مساهمته في زيادة الإنتاج العلمي وترقيته. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال ،الاتصال العلمي ، الإنتاج العلمي Summary: The current study aimed to identify the contribution of scientific communication to the promotion and scientific production of a sample of professors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf M’sila. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on a questionnaire to collect data consisting of 21 statements whose validity and reliability were confirmed, and it was applied to a sample. It consists of 90 male and female professors, and after collecting the data, we processed it using the statistical program SPSS, and we obtained the following results : The level of scientific communication between professors of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences is high, and scientific communication between professors contributes to increasing and promoting their scientific production. The study found that there are no statistically significant differences between male and female professors in the degree of scientific communication, and in its contribution to increasing and promoting scientific production .
