Abstract
هدف البحث إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات) لمقياس بيك للاكتئاب لدى عينة من مرضى سرطان الثدي في ولاية برج بوعريريج.ولهذا الغرض تم اختيار عينة قصديه لهذا المقياس قدرها 100 مريضة بسرطان الثدي ،تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين 29 و 87 سنة لعام2024.وبعد تطبيق المقياس على أفراد العينة توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية:
- أن المقياس حقق مؤشرات صدق عالية بطرق مختلفة منها صدق الاتساق الداخلي حيث تراوحت قيم ترابط مجموعات المقياس بالدرجة الكلية ما بين (0.27 و0.76).وجميع معاملات ارتباط المجموعات بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي الدلالة (0.01). وصدق المقارنة الطرفية حيث أن الفارق بين المتوسط الحسابي للاكتئاب بين أفراد الفئة العليا وأفراد الفئة الدنيا قدر ب ( 26.33) درجة وهو يعبر عن فارق معتبر ،وهناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند هامش خطا 0.05 بين المتوسط الحسابي للاكتئاب عند أفراد الفئة العليا والمتوسط الحسابي للاكتئاب عند أفراد الفئة الدنيا،وعليه فان المقياس يتمتع بالصدق وفقا للمقارنة الطرفية.وكذلك يتمتع المقياس بالصدق الذاتي والذي قدرت قيمته ب (0.908).
كما تمتع المقياس ذاته بدلالات ثبات عالية بطريقة التجزئة النصفية باستخدام معادلة سبيرمان- براون و جوتمان.وقيمهما على التوالي (0.916)،(0.916) وكذا بمعامل
ألفا كرونباخ بقيمة قدرها (0.908).

Résumé
La recherche visait à vérifier les propriétés psychométriques (validité et fiabilité) de l'échelle de dépression de Beck auprès d'un échantillon de patientes atteintes d'un cancer du sein dans la wilaya de Bordj Bou Arreridj. Pour cela on a sélectionné un échantillon de 100 patientes âgés entre29 et 87 ans en 2024.
En appliquant l'échelle aux membres de l'échantillon, nous sommes arrivés aux résultats suivants :
L'échelle a atteint des indicateurs de validité élevés de diverses manières, y compris la validité de cohérence interne, où les valeurs de corrélation des groupes de l'échelle d’une degré total entre (0,27 et 0,76). Et t ous les coefficients de corrélation pour les groupes avec le degré total de l'échelle sont statistiquement significatif au niveau de signification (0,01). La comparaison périphérique était valable, car la différence entre la moyenne arithmétique de la dépression entre les individus de la catégorie supérieure et les individus de la catégorie inférieure a été estimée à (26,33) degrés, ce qui exprime une différence significative. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives avec une marge de. erreur de 0,05 entre la moyenne arithmétique de la dépression parmi les individus de la catégorie supérieure et la moyenne arithmétique de la dépression parmi les individus de la catégorie supérieure, et donc l'échelle jouit d'une validité selon la comparaison périphérique. validité subjective dont la valeur a été estimée à (0,908).
L'échelle elle-même jouissait également d'une grande fiabilité grâce à la méthode de la moitié divisée utilisant l'équation de Spearman-Brown et Guttman . Leurs valeurs sont respectivement (0,916), (0,916), ainsi qu'un coefficient alpha de Cronbach d’une valeur (0,908).

Abstract:
The research aimed to verify the psychometric properties (validity and reliability) of the Beck depression scale among a sample of breast cancer patients in the wilaya of Bordj Bou Arreridj. For this we selected a sample of 100 patients aged between 29 and 87 years in 2024.
By applying the scale to the sample members, we arrived at the following results:
The scale achieved high validity indicators in a variety of ways, including internal consistency validity, where the scale's group correlation values total between (0.27 and 0.76). And all the correlation coefficients for the groups with the total degree of the scale are statistically significant at the significance level (0.01). The peripheral comparison was valid, because the difference between the arithmetic mean of depression between individuals in the higher category and individuals in the lower category was estimated to be (26.33) degrees, which expresses a significant difference. There are statistically significant differences with a margin of error of 0.05 between the arithmetic mean of depression among individuals in the higher category and the arithmetic mean of depression among individuals in the higher category, and therefore the scale enjoys validity according to peripheral comparison. subjective validity whose value was estimated at (0.908).
The scale itself also enjoyed high reliability due to the split-half method using the Spearman-Brown and Guttman equation. Their values are respectively (0.916), (0.916), as well as a Cronbach alpha coefficient of a value (0.908).
