| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الأوقاف الجزائرية عبر التاريخ ، من خلال تتبع جذورها التاريخية وأشكالها، وتحليل أدوارها الدينية والاجتماعية، ثم استعراض التحديات التي تواجهها في الواقع المعاصر. ركز الفصل الأول على تقديم مفهوم الوقف وأنواعه، مع إبراز أشكال الأوقاف الجزائرية المنتشرة في فلسطين، ومواقعها الجغرافية، والأدوار التي اضطلعت بها في خدمة المجتمع الفلسطيني، خاصة في مجالي التعليم والدين. كما تناول الفصل تطور هذه الأوقاف خلال العهد العثماني، وصولًا إلى فترة الانتداب البريطاني، موضحًا أثر التحولات السياسية على وضعيتها. أما الفصل الثاني، فقد عالج الواقع المعاصر لهذه الأوقاف، مبرزًا السياسات الصهيونية الممنهجة لانتهاك حرمتها، مقابل الجهود العربية والإسلامية الساعية لحمايتها، إلى جانب دور المقاومة الفلسطينية في التصدي لمحاولات تهويدها أو مصادرتها. الكلمات المفتاحية:الأوقاف الجزائرية، فلسطين، العهد العثماني، الانتداب البريطاني، الكيان الصهيوني، المقاومة الفلسطينية، الهوية الإسلامية.________________________________________ Summary: This study explores the Algerian endowments (waqf) in Palestine, tracing their historical roots, forms, and religious and social roles, while also examining the challenges they face in the contemporary context. The first chapter introduces the concept and types of waqf, highlights the various forms of Algerian endowments present in Palestine and their geographical distribution, and sheds light on their contributions to religious and educational life. It also analyzes the development of these endowments during the Ottoman era and the British Mandate, emphasizing the impact of political transitions on their status. The second chapter addresses the current reality of Algerian endowments in Palestine, focusing on the systematic violations by the Zionist entity, the efforts of Arab and Islamic actors to defend and preserve them, and the stance of the Palestinian resistance in confronting attempts to Judaize or confiscate these properties.
