| dc.description.abstract | إن التطور الكبير الحاصل في اإلجرام أوجب على الجميع تطوير آليات مكافحته ، و من بين هذه اآلليات نجد سن القوانين و التشريعات ، و لما كانت ظاهرة الفساد تمثل خطورة كبيرة و ذات أوجه متعددة على إعتبار أنها لم تعد شأنا محليا بل ظاهرة عالمية، إذ يعتبر الفساد من أخطر الظواهر التي تهدد المجتمعات في جميع النواحي ، و بما أن الجزائر واحدة من الدول التي تهددها هذه الظاهرة ، فقد تدخلت اإلدارة السياسية لتساهم في وضع حد لها. و كأول خطوة قامت بها المصادقة على إتفاقية األمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد و إستصدار القانون 01/06 التعلق بالوقاية من الفساد و مكافحته ومن خالل هذا القانون أعطى نوع من الخصوصية لجرائم الفساد. Abstract: The great development of criminality has made it obligatory for all to develop mechanisms to combat it, and among these mechanisms are the enactment of laws and legislation, and because the phenomenon of corruption is a significant and multifaceted risk as it is not a local matter but a global phenomenon, as corruption is one of the most serious phenomena Which threatens societies in all respects, and since Algeria is one of the countries threatened by this phenomenon, the political administration has intervened to help put an end to it. The first step was the ratification of the UN Convention against Corruption and the promulgation of law 06/01 on the prevention and control of corruption and through this act has given some kind of privacy to corruption offence | en_US |
