Abstract
تلعب الطاقات المتجددة دورا هاما في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة إذ تشكل إمداداتها عاملا أساسيا في تلبية احتياجات الشعوب من الطاقة، وتحقيق الاستقرار والنمو في حالة نضوب نظيرتها التقليدية، مما يوفر فرص العمل الدائمة ويساهم في تحسين مستويات المعيشة والحد من الفقر عبر العالم .
والجزائر كغيرها من الدول النامية اهتمت بمجال الطاقات المتجددة، وفي مقدمتها الطاقة الشمسية نظرا للإمكانات التي تتوفر عليها من خلال بذل العديد من الجهود كإقامة المشاريع ومراكز بحث متخصصة وتخصيص موارد مالية وتشريعات قانونية ورغم الجهود المبذولة في هذا المجال إلا عجلتها تسير بوتيرة متباطئة، وهذا راجع إلى العراقيل السياسية والاقتصادية والتقنية، وبناءا عليه فإن النجاح في تثمين استغلال الطاقات المتجددة يتطلب الإرادة السياسية الجادة الهادفة إلى تفعيل الأمن الطاقوي الجزائري .
Renewable energy plays an important role in durable development, its product is a considerable contribution to meet the people needs of energy, this will permit the stability and growth in the case of conventional energy depletion, providing opportunities of permanent employment and thereby contributing to the improvement of the standard of living and the reduction of poverty around the world.
Algeria, like other developing countries, is interested in renewable energies, mainly solar energy, because of the potential it has, particularly through the setting up of projects, specialized research, financial resources and legislation. Despite the efforts, the pace of development in this area is slow due to political, economic and technical obstacles. Consequently, the successful exploitation of renewable energy exploitation requires a real political will for the implementation of energy security in Algeria.
