| dc.description.abstract | منذ االستقالل وحتى يومنا هذا، سعت الدولة الجزائرية جاهدة لتوفير حافظة عقارية مالئمة الحتضان مختلف النشاطات الصناعية، بهدف جذب أكبر قدر من االستثمارات في القطاع الصناعي، سواء كانت وطنية أو أجنبية، وذلك لتحقيق التنمية االقتصادية والدفع بعجلة اإلنتاج الوطني. و نتيجة لذلك اعتمدت الجزائر عدة إجراءات وسياسات لتسهيل حصول المستثمر ين على العقار الصناعي لتجسيد استثماراتهم، وتتجلى هذه الجهود من خالل توفير األوعية العقارية لمختلف األنشطة الصناعية. الصناعية، وقد تم إصدار العديد من القوانين والتشريعات لتنظيم وحماية واستغالل العقارات الصناعية . مؤسسات وهيئات مختلفة تلعب دورًا أساسيًا في تنظيم وإدارة العقارات باإلضافة إلى ذلك، تم إنشاء الكلمات المفتاحية: االستثمار، العقار الصناعي، تسيير العقار الصناعي. Summary: Since independence up today, the Algerian state has been intending to maintain suitable real estate infrastructure to accommodate various industrial activities. The main purpose is to attract a larger share of investments in the industrial sector which could be either domestic or foreign in order to reach the required economic development and drive the national production. Hence, Algeria has adopted several measures and policies to facilitate investors' access to industrial property and to materialize their investments. Their efforts are therefore manifested through the provision of real estate facilities for various industrial activities. In addition, different institutions and bodies have been established to play a fundamental role in organizing and managing industrial properties. Above all, numerous laws and regulations have been formulated and applied for the purpose of regulating, protecting, and exploiting industrial real estate.
