| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to shed light on electronic administration as a qualitative shift in the methods of delivering administrative services and as a fundamental pillar for promoting administrative development through the use of information and communication technologies in administrative work. The study was based on a central research question: How does electronic administration contribute to achieving administrative development? It focused on key forms of e-administration implementation across various central and local administrations, providing relevant examples. The study also examined the plans and programs adopted by the Algerian government in this field, in addition to the legal, material, and human requirements necessary to activate this transformation. Moreover, it highlighted the main obstacles hindering the provision of public electronic services at the desired level. | |
