| dc.description.abstract | اعتبرت ظاهرة الفساد إحدى الظواهر التي لا تعترف بالحدود الزمنية ولا بالحدود المكانية، فلا يكاد يخلو منها لا دولة ولا مجتمع في مختلف أنحاء العالم، فانتشارها الواسع والسريع مس كل الأصعدة سواء الدولية والإقليمية مما أوجب على كل دول العالم بما فيها الجزائر تأطير هذه الآفة بنصوص قانونية خاصة بمكافحتها متماشية مع ما جاءت به اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة وتماشيا مع الالتزامات الدولية من خلال إصدار قانون رقم 06-01 المتعلق بالوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته الذي تضمن مختلف آليات وتدابير المكافحة للفساد وجرائمه. فمن خلال دراستنا لنا أن الفساد في الجزائر بلغ حدا لا يطاق شوه صورة بلادنا أمام المجتمع الدولي فمكافحته والتصدي له يتم بالتطبيق الصارم للقوانين مع تفعيل الأجهزة المعنية بمواجهة جرائمه التي انتشرت بشكل مقلق وشوهت نبل ومقاصد تولي مناصب المسؤولية وشرف صيانة الأمانة. الكلمات المفتاحية : الفساد – المكافحة – الآليات القانونية – التدابير Abstract: The phenomenon of corruption was considered one of the phenomena that does not recognize time or spatial boundaries, as no country or society in various parts of the world is almost devoid of it. Especially to combat it in line with the provisions of the United Nations Convention and in line with international obligations through the issuance of Law No. 06-01 related to the prevention and control of corruption, which included the various mechanisms and measures to combat corruption and its crimes. Through our study, we found that corruption in Algeria has reached an intolerable extent, distorting the image of our country in front of the international community. Combating it and confronting it is carried out by strict application of laws while activating the agencies concerned with confronting its crimes, which have spread in an alarming manner and distorted the nobility and purposes of assuming positions of responsibility and the honor of maintaining the trust. | en_US |
