Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الثقـافـة المـدرسيـة وتـرسيـخ قيـم المـواطـنـة لـدى التـلميـذ- دراسة ميدانية بإكمالية موهوبي بلقاسم بلدية خليل (برج بوعريريج)، منطلقة من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: كيف تساهم الثقافة المدرسية في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة لدى تلميذ السنة الرابعة من التعليم المتوسط؟، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وشملت عينة الدراسة 100 تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط بمتوسطة موهوبي بلقاسم بلدية خليل للسنة الدراسية 2024-2025، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، ولتحليل النتائج اعتمدنا برنامج التكرارات والنسب المئوية ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية :
- يساهم المعلم ودوره في نقل قيم المواطنة لدى التلاميذ بدرجة عالية.
- يساهم المنهاج الدراسي في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة لدى التلاميذ بدرجة متوسطة.
- يساهم إشراك التلاميذ في الأنشطة المدرسية في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى التلاميذ بدرجة متوسطة.
- للثقافة المدرسية علاقة ارتباطية بترسيخ قيم المواطنة لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة من التعليم المتوسط.

Study summary:
The current study aimed to identify the relationship between school culture and consolidating the values of citizenship among the student - a field study at the Mihoubi Belkacem College, Khalil Municipality (Borj Bou Arreridj), based on a main question: How does school culture contribute to consolidating the values of citizenship among the fourth-year intermediate education student? In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach The study sample included 100 male and female middle school students at Mihoubi Belkacem Middle School, Khalil Municipality, for the academic year 2024-2025. The study used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information, and to analyze the results, we adopted the frequencies and percentages program:
- The study concluded with the following results:
- The teacher and his/her role contribute to imparting the values of citizenship to the pupils to a high degree.
- The curriculum contributes to the establishment of citizenship values among pupils to an average degree.
- The involvement of pupils in school activities contributes to the promotion of the pupils' values of citizenship to an average degree.
- School culture has a correlation with the consolidation of citizenship values among pupils in the fourth year of intermediate education.
