Abstract
رفعت الشعوب العربية مطلع سنة 2011 عديد المطالب والطموحات التي تترجمت في موجة الاحتجاجات التي اجتاحت ولا تزال غالبية الدول العربية، آملة في التأسيس لدول جديدة تقوم على أنظمة تحظى بشرعية وتستجيب لكافة الطموحات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية المرفوعة....إلا ان هذه الطموحات سرعان ما تم تكبيتها من قبل المنطق المتجدد للدولة العربية في البقاء والاستمرا ر، اذ راهنت من جديد على جملة استراتيجيات تم تكييفها والوقائع والمعطيات المستحدثة على الساحتين الوطنية، الاقليمية والدولية، والتي كانت كفيلة مرة أخرى بإحباط موجة الحراك في مقابل تهجين الدولة ومنحها قوة مضافة مضادة لأي مساعي مجتمعية للتغيير، وان حدث وأن رأت في أنها مرغمة عليه، فستتبناه وفق منطق الدولة لا وفق مساعي الشعوب.
Summary:
The Arab peoples at the beginning of 2011 raised many demands and aspirations that were translated into the wave of protests that swept through most of the Arab countries, hoping to establish new states based on systems that enjoy legitimacy and respond to all political, economic and social aspirations raised .... However, these aspirations were soon suppressed. By the renewed logic of the Arab state in survival and continuation, as it bets again on a set of strategies that have been adapted and the facts and new data on the national, regional and international arenas, which were once again capable of thwarting the wave of movement in exchange for the hybridization of the state and giving it an added power against any societal efforts for change, And if it happens that it considers that it is forced upon him, then it will adopt it according to the logic of the state and not according to the efforts of the peoples.
