Abstract
تُعتبرُ المؤسّسة العمومية الاقتصادية، بمفاهيمها المختلفة، أحدَ أهمِّ صورِ تدخُّلِ الدّولة في النشاط الاقتصادي، ونجدُ أنّ النّظامَ القانوني لِمثلِ هذه المؤسّساتِ يعرفُ الكثيرَ من التّطوراتِ نتيجةَ الظُّروفِ المحيطةِ بها، سواءٌ الاقتصادية أو السّياسية أو الاجتماعية، ولذلكَ نرى بأنّ المشرِّعَ الجزائري يحاولُ دائمًا مسايرةَ هذه الظّروف، من أجلِ ضبطِ نظامٍ قانوني للمؤسّساتِ العموميةِ الاقتصادية، بوضعِ القوانينِ والقواعدِ المنظِّمةِ لسيرِها وعملِها وكذا حمايتِها والمحافظةِ عليها.

The public economic institution, with its various concepts, is considered one of the most important forms of state interference in economic activity, and we find that the legal system of such institutions knows many developments as a result of the surrounding circumstances, whether economic, political or social, and therefore we see that the Algerian legislator always tries to keep pace with these conditions, in order to Establishing a legal system for public economic institutions, by laying down laws and rules regulating their functioning and work, as well as protecting and preserving them.
