dc.description.abstractThe African American’s history was full of difficulties. The African Americans lived a long while in the United States as slaves. So, they had to fight in order to be as equal as the whites. Consequently, they could achieve this goal. So as long as this thesis is focusing on the impact of the African American female Leadership on the American Society, Oprah Winfrey is the best example of the strong independent African American Leader to be given. Oprah was not born with a golden spoon in her mouth, but she suffered a lot in her early life. She had to work hard to reach the pursuit of happiness; so, she is an iconic symbol of success. As a result, this Analytical work that is based on the case study method, aims to shed the lights on the role that the Afro American woman plays in the American society, and how effective she can be in the society. In addition, Oprah is among the best motivators and influencers that may affect and motivate the people that they are able to achieve their dreams and goals no matter what.en_US
