| dc.description.abstract | ظاهرةالفسادتوصفاليوماهنّأبأكبرتايّدحّتلاوالعقباتالحائلةنودتنميةالمجتمعاتوتطورها،لماهلثمتمنافتئاتخطيرعلىمنظومةقوقحالانسانوهدربالغدراومللةيّداملاوالماليةلوّدلل.والجزائرمن بين الدول التي وجدتنفسهاكرهافيمواجهةآفةالفساد.وقدآثرتالسلطاتالعموميةفيالجزائربدءمعركتهامعالفسادبعد المصادقة على معاهدة الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد ّنستلبعدذلكنوناقلا01 لسنة2006 المتعلقبالوقايةمنالفسادومكافحته،وتتبعذلكبإصلاحاتلافتةنوناقلالاجراءاتالجزائيةوعدة قوانينناهيكعناستحداثإطارمؤسساتيعاوللمراقبةيّرحّتلاوعنجرائمالفساد مما يستدعي البحث في تقييم السياسة التشريعية لمكافحة الفساد في شقيها الموضوعي والإجرائي .Abstract : The phenomenon of corruption is described today as the biggest challengeand obstacles to the development of societies, because it represents dangerous blows on the human rights system and a great waste of material and financial resources for countries. Algeria is among the countries that found themselves hatred in the face ofthe scourge of corruption. The public authorities in Algeria have opted to start their battle with corruption after the ratification of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, after which Law No. 01 of 2006 related to the prevention and control of corruption was enacted, followed by significant reforms to the Code of Criminal Procedure and several laws, not to mention the creation of an institutional framework that is conscious of surveillance and investigation of crimes.
