Abstract
The environmental crime is one of the crimes that involve an assault on the
constituent elements of the environment, it is also one of the most serious
problems that threaten human safety and security in our day. It is due to the
activities of human kind, that is reflected in changing the natural environment. It
entails that he bears the penal responsibility for committing the crime and his
obligation to bear the punishment determined by the law, as the basis for
criminal responsibility is that it is a personal and individual responsibility in the
sense that the person is only responsible for the result of his work and the
actions issued by him, the criminal responsibility, as the responsibility has
become extended to strangers for the crime, all to achieve adequate protection
of the environment.
