Abstract
ىدفت الدراسة الى معرفة الدور الريادي الواليات المتحدة األمريكية بعد انييار االتحاد
السوفيتي أصبح الجو مناسبا كي تبسط ىيمنتيا وتفرض زعامتيا عمى الساحة الدولية، وىي
الزعامة التي تكرست في أعقاب أزمة الخميج الثانية التي احتكرت الواليات المتحدة دواليب إدارتيا،
ففي ىذه الفترة بالذات تحدث الرئيس األمريكي "جورج بوش األب" ألوؿ مرة عف: "بزوغ عصر
جديد وزمف السالـ لكؿ الشعوب، ونظاـ دولي جديد متحرر مف اإلرىاب، قوي في البحث عف
العدؿ وأكثر أمنا في طمب السالـ" ، ومنذ ذلؾ الحيف تمحورت االستراتيجية األمريكية في
المحافظة عمى ىذا النظاـ الدولي الذي تحتؿ فيو مركز القيادة, عبر تعزيز أمنيا العسكري الذي
تعتمد عميو في إنجاح سياستيا الخارجية، وتطوير اقتصادىا وتعزيز حضورىا العسكري
والديبموماسي واإلقتصادي الوازف والمكثؼ عمى الساحة الدولية، وفي ظؿ الظيور الصيف والروسي
واالوربي تراجع الدور الريادي الواليات المتحدة األمريكية، مما افقدىا ىيبتيا .

The study aimed to know the leading role of the usa after the
collapse of the Soviet Union, the atmosphere became suitable for it to
extend its hegemony and impose its leadership on the international arena, a
leadership that was established in the aftermath of the second Gulf crisis,
in which the United States monopolized the wheels of its management.
