| dc.description.abstract | سبحورت الدراسة حوؿ اإلدارة االلكًتكنية كإسًتاتيجية متكاملة على اعتبار أهنا عملية تطويرية ذات نشاط اتصارل تفاعلي تعمل على ربط البيئة التنظيمية دبجتمع اؼبعلومات ،فإف استخدامها يف اؼبؤسسات حيتاج إذل إمكانيات مادية كبشرية كتقنية خاصة تتبلءـ كطبيعة ىذه اؼبؤسسات. لذا عاعبت الدراسة مفهوـ اإلدارة االلكًتكنية ، كمفهوـ اؼبؤسسة التعليمية اعبزائرية ككذا إبراز أىم اآلليات اليت كفرهتا الدكلة من اجل تطبيق اإلدارة االلكًتكنية كالتعرؼ على أىم اعبوانب اليت رقمتنها يف اؼبؤسسات الًتبوية بكل أطوارىا. التعليم االلكًتكين كرقمنة الكتاب اؼبدرسي. خؿصت الدراسة ا ف اؼبدارس االبتدائية اليت عملت ىذا اؼبوسم باللوحة االلكًتكنية يف إطار مشركع تعميم كعليو فقد حاكلت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الدكر الذم تلعبو اإلدارة االلكًتكنية يف تطوير اؼبؤسسة التعليمية ك أثرىا يف ربسُت التحصيل الدراسي. الكلمات المفتاحية:اإلدارة اإللكًتكنية، الرقمنة، اؼبؤسسة التعليمية Summary: The study focused on electronic management as an integrated strategy, as it is a developmental process with an interactive communication activity that works to link the organizational environment with the information society. Therefore, the study dealt with the concept of electronic management, and the concept of the Algerian educational institution, as well as highlighting the most important mechanisms provided by the state in order to implement electronic management and identifying the most important aspects that you have documented in educational institutions in all its phases. The study concerned one of the primary schools that worked this season with the electronic board within the framework of the project of generalizing e-learning and digitizing the textbook. Accordingly, the study attempted to shed light on the role played by electronic management in the development of the educational institution and its impact on improving academic achievement.
