Abstract
تبقى جمعية حماية المستهلك من أنشط الجمعيات التي تقوم على حماية وأمن وسلامة المستهلك فهذا الأخير يعتبر أهم انشغالاتها في شتى المجالات الاقتصادية الثقافية والاجتماعية، وذلك بالتنسيق مختلف الأجهزة المتخصصة، والهيئات والسلطات العاملة هذا من جهة، وبين أعضائها من جهة أخرى، حسب القانون المعمول به والساري المفعول في تأسيس الجمعيات، القانون 12-06 المتعلق بالجمعيات ودورها وقائي يتمثل في التحسيس وإعلام المستهلك وتوعيته بكل المستجدات في جميع الميادين، أما تمثيل المستهلك في قطاعات القضاء ومختلف الهيئات الأخرى، عن طريق المقاطعة والدعاية المقابلة يعتبر دور دفاعي.

Study Summary:
The Consumer Protection Association remains one of the most active associations that are based on the protection, security and safety of the consumer. The latter is considered the most important concern in the various economic, cultural and social fields, in coordination with the various specialized agencies, bodies and authorities operating on the one hand and among its members on the other, Law 12-06 on associations and their preventive role is to sensitize and inform the consumer and raise awareness of all developments in all fields.
The representation of the consumer in the sectors of the judiciary and other bodies through boycott and the corresponding propaganda is considered Defensive role.
