| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين الدافعية للإنجاز و الفعالية التنظيمية كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة المسيلة، وهدفت إلى معرفة العلاقة بين متغيرين الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) موظف، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، قمنا بصياغة الفرضية الرئيسية تندرج ضمنها اثنان فرضيات فرعية واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات وقد وزعت على عينة شملت (30) موظف في كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية، وتم تقسيم هذه الاستمارة إلى ثلاث محاور أساسية ( بيانات عامة، بيانات متعلقة بالمتغير المستقل، بيانات متعلقة بالمتغير التابع )، وتحتوي على 16 سؤالا فيها سؤال المغلق والاختياري والمفتوح. وقد أشارت النتائج التي توصلت إليها انه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدافعية للإنجاز والفعالية التنظيمية في كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة المسيلة المؤسسة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05=a، وعدم تحقق الفرضية الرئيسية. The current study aimed to identify the indicators of social anxiety among a sample of adolescent girls in the situation of visual impairment by adopting the case study technique through the use of the half-guided interview and the social anxiety scale of HuwaydaHanafi Mahmoud 2013 AD on a research group consisting of adolescent girls in the situation of visual impairment at the School of Visually Impaired Children in the city of M’sila in order Answer the following questions: What are the indicators of social anxiety among a sample of adolescent girls with visual impairment ? - How does social interaction anxiety appear among a sample of adolescent girls in a visually impaired situation? - How does confrontational anxiety appear among a sample of adolescent girls in the situation of visual impairment? - How are the physiological symptoms associated with social anxiety in a sample of adolescent girls who are visually impaired? - How does the fear of negative evaluation appear among a sample of adolescent girls in the situation of visual impairment? After analyzing the interviews and presenting the results of applying the scale, the study concluded the following: 1. Indicators of social anxiety among a sample of female visually impaired adolescents are social interaction anxiety, confrontation anxiety, physiological symptoms associated with social anxiety, and fear of negative social evaluation. 2. The confrontational anxiety of a sample of adolescent girls with visual impairment appears in the inability to express public opinion in front of others. 3. The physiological symptoms associated with social anxiety are physical symptoms such as rapid heart rate. 4. The fear of negative evaluation appears among a sample of adolescent girls in a situation of visual impairment in (stress from social stigma). | en_US |
