Abstract
يعتبر موضوع الحصص في الشركات التجارية، من المواضيع المهمة، وتظهر أهمية الحصة في كونها الوسيلة الفعالة لتحريك رؤوس الأموال ودفع العجلة الاقتصادية.
تمثل الحصة تلك القيمة التي يساهم بها الشريك في تكوين الشركة، وتبرر اكتسابه لمجموعة من الحقوق فيها، وتظهر أهميتها القانونية في كونها ركن جوهري في تكوين عقد الشركة، والمورد الرئيسي لتكوين رأسمال الشركة والذي من خلاله تباشر غرضها.
وتختلف أحكام تقديم الحصص وانتقالها في الشركات التجارية باختلاف شكل الشركة، وكذا الاعتبارات التي تقوم عليها.

Abstract :
