| dc.description.abstract | شهدت بعض الدول العربية مايعرف بثورات الربيع العربي هذه الأخيرة التي برز من خلالها المجتمع المدني كفاعل أساسي في إسقاط نظم تسلطية شمولية استمرت في الحكم لفترات طويلة حتى خيل لها أنها ستبقى خالدة في الحكم. وكتجربة فريدة من نوعها اعتبرت مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في تونس كفاعل ليس فقط في إسقاط النظام بل تحولت من قوة مضادة للسلطة قبل الثورة إلى قوة اقتراح ومساهمة في بناء مؤسسات الدولة ولعبت دور الشريك مع الدولة وقادت المرحلة الانتقالية بنجاح بتجسيد دور الوسيط بين الحكومة والمعارضة في مرحلة أزمة سياسية كادت أن تقود البلاد إلى حرب أهلية لولا تدخل أطراف فاعلة للمجتمع المدني التونسي . الكلمات المفتاحية: الدولة، المجتمع المدني، العلاقة، تونس،الثورة. Summary: Some Arab countries witnessed what is known as the revolutions of the Arab Spring, in which civil society emerged as a key actor in the overthrow of totalitarian regimes that continued to rule for long periods until they imagined that they would remain in power. As a unique experiment, the civil society organizations in Tunisia were seen as an actor not only in overthrowing the regime but from a counter-power force before the revolution to the power of proposal and contribution to the building of state institutions and played the role of partner with the state. Political process that almost led the country into civil war without the involvement of actors of Tunisian civil society.
