Abstract

The thesis explored digitization as a strategic approach to combating administrative corruption in Algeria. It clarified key concepts such as digitization, administrative corruption, and transparency, emphasizing their interdependent relationship. The study highlighted the role of digital tools in reducing human interference, enabling electronic oversight, and strengthening accountability mechanisms. The Algerian experience was examined through digital initiatives and platforms, assessing their effectiveness in improving administrative performance and curbing corruption. The thesis concluded that while digitization is a powerful tool for fighting corruption, it still faces legal, organizational, and technical challenges that must be addressed to achieve comprehensive digital governance.
