Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن مستوى المهارات الحياتية المهنية الأدائية لدى مديري مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بمقاطعات أولاد دراج، ومن أجل تحقيق وتجسيد هذا الهدف الميداني أنه قد أجري على عينة من مديري مؤسسات التربية والتعليم في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، وكان قوام هذه العينة خمسة وثلاثين (35) مديرا، اختيروا بالطريقة المسماة عينة الحصر الشامل للمقاطعات الإدارية لدائرة أولاد دراج، وقد استعنا بأداة قياس المهارات الحياتية المهنية لمديري مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، وبعد قيامنا بدراسة الأسس العلمية للمقياس والمتكون من أربع وثلاثين بندا وستة محاور خاصة بالمقياس، والتي كانت على النحو التالي:
مهارة التخطيط وإدارة الوقت، مهارة الاتصال والتواصل، المهارات الاجتماعية والعمل مع الجماعة، مهارة التفكير وحل المشكلات، المهارات النفسية والوعي الذاتي، مهارات الإدارة التعليمية والإشراف التربوي، واستخدمنا في بحثنا هذا المنهج الوصفي، ولمعالجة النتائج استخدمنا الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وقد استخدمنا الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة:
المتوسط الحسابي، المتوسط الحسابي الفرضي، الانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط بيرسون، ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ، اختبار (T.TEST) لدلالة الفروق بين مجموعتين مستقلتين، وعليه توصلت النتائج إلى ما يلي:
ارتفاع مستوى المهارات الحياتية المهنية الأدائية عند مديري مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المهارات الحياتية المهنية عند مديري مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تُعزى لمتغير التخصص العلمي (علمي/أدبي) وكذلك الخبرة المهنية الأقدمية.

summary:
This research aims to reveal the level of professional life skills among middle school principals. In order to achieve this goal, it was conducted on a sample of directors of educational institutions in the middle education stage. This sample includes 35 principals, who were selected by a comprehensive inventory of the administrative districts of the district. (OuladDarraj), we used a tool to measure professional life skills for middle school principals, after we studied the scientific foundations of the scale, which consists of 34 items and 6 axes for the scale, which were as follows:
Planning and time management skills, communication and communication skills, social skills and working with a group, thinking and problem solving skills, psychological skills and self-awareness, educational management and educational supervision skills. In this research, we used the descriptive approach. To process the results, we used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). We used appropriate statistical methods:
The arithmetic mean, the hypothesized arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the simple Pearson correlation coefficient, the Cronbach alpha equation, and the T.TEST test for the significance of differences between two independent groups. Accordingly, the results reached the following:
The high level of performance professional life skills among middle school principals, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of professional life skills among middle school principals due to the variable of scientific specialization (science/literature) as well as seniority professional experience.
