Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى أعوان الحماية أثناء الخدمة بالوحدة الرئيسية المسيلة وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما بلغ حجم العينة الأساسية (80) عونا من أعوان الحماية المدنية، واعتمدت الدراسة على مقياس الأمن النفسي والمعد من طرف العالم أبراهام ماسلو وقام بتعريبه فهد الدليم، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
- مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية منخفض
- مستوى التقبل والعلاقات الاجتماعية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية منخفض
- مستوى الشعور بالانتماء إلى الجماعة لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية مرتفع.
- مستوى الشعور بالقلق والتهديد لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية متوسط

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the level of psychological security among civil protection personnel while serving at the main unit in M'Sila. The descriptive-analytical approach was used. The primary sample size was (80) civil protection personnel. The study relied on the Psychological Security Scale, developed by Abraham Maslow and translated into Arabic by Fahd Al-Dulaim. The study reached the following results:
- The level of psychological security among civil protection personnel is low.
- The level of acceptance and social relationships among civil protection personnel is low.
- The level of sense of belonging to the group among civil protection personnel is high.
- The level of anxiety and threat among civil protection personnel is average.
