| dc.description.abstract | Unemployment is regarded as one of the most important problems and obstacles to Algeria's economy, such as that of the third world. This study aims to highlight Algeria's new employment strategy to reduce unemployment, which is based on a number of programmes, agencies and schemes that seek to create paid employment positions or by encouraging the spirit of individual entrepreneurship to create small or emerging enterprises. We have devoted this study to the period of time (2008-2024) to a large package of legislation, mechanisms and programmes, including President Abdelmadjid Tebboune's current presidential custody, and his introduction of the unemployment grant as a precedent in the Arab and African countries, which aims to accompany applicants so that they can find a permanent job or embody their professional enterprise. Despite their nature, the State's failure to abandon its social support policy on the one hand is reflected. On the other hand, the focus is on a strategy based on the promotion of employment and the fight against unemployment through an economic approach that seeks to promote and grow the national economy, by encouraging creative domestic and foreign investments in wealth and employment positions, opening all doors for young entrepreneurs, encouraging all individual initiatives and developing the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation to reflect the true take-off of the national economy. | |
