| dc.description.abstract | يتناول هذا البحث دراسة شاملة للحملة الفرنسية على الجزائر سنة 1830، انطلاقًا من خلفياتها السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية، وصولًا إلى آثارها المحلية والدولية، شهدت الجزائر في أواخر العهد العثماني تراجعًا في قوتها البحرية والعسكرية، ما جعلها عرضة لأطماع القوى الاستعمارية الأوروبية، وعلى رأسها فرنسا، كانت حادثة المروحة سنة 1827 الذريعة الرسمية للحملة، لكنها جاءت تتويجًا لمشاريع استعمارية فرنسية سابقة، تعززت مع تدهور الأوضاع الداخلية للجزائر. أطلقت فرنسا حصارًا بحريًا على الجزائر استمر ثلاث سنوات، قبل أن تنفذ عملية إنزال في سيدي فرج وتنطلق في هجومها نحو العاصمة، ورغم مقاومة القوات الجزائرية، خاصة في معركة سطاوالي، إلا أن الفوارق في القوة والتنظيم أدت إلى سقوط مدينة الجزائر يوم 5 جويلية 1830، أبرز البحث كيف ساهمت أخطاء القيادة الجزائرية، وتخاذل الخلافة العثمانية، في تسهيل الاحتلال الفرنسي، كما سلّط الضوء على ردود الفعل الدولية التي راوحت بين الصمت والمهادنة، ما عكس التواطؤ الأوروبي مع المشروع الاستعماري الفرنسي. This research provides a comprehensive study of the French campaign against Algeria in 1830, analyzing its political, military, and economic motivations, as well as its local and international consequences. In the late Ottoman period, Algeria witnessed a significant decline in its naval and military power, making it vulnerable to European colonial ambitions, particularly from France, Although the Fan Affair of 1827 served as the official pretext for the invasion, the campaign had been planned long before as part of French colonial strategies. France imposed a naval blockade on Algeria that lasted three years before launching a military landing at Sidi Fredj, followed by a direct assault on Algiers. Despite Algerian resistance, especially during the Battle of Staouéli, the imbalance in military strength led to the fall of the city on July 5, 1830,The research highlights leadership errors by Dey Hussein and the lack of support from the Ottoman Empire, which facilitated the French occupation, It also explores the international responses, which ranged from silence to complicity, reflecting European support for the French colonial agenda | |
