| dc.description.abstract | من بين المراحل المهمة و األساسية في حياة الفرد هي مرحلة طفولته ، فإذا نشا في محيط جيد ، ومجتمع يحميه بحيث يتوفر له األمان و االستقرار النفسي و الصحي ، نكون بصدد فئة عمرية صاعدة تنهض باألمة ، و هو ما هدف له المشرع الجزائري اتجاه هذه الفئة العمرية الصغيرة ، كما انه خصه بجملة من النصوص القانونية في قانون العقوبات بحسب موضوع الجريمة المرتكبة في حقه و الجزاء المقرر لها ، ومن جهة أخرى خصص له إجراءات متابعة أمام العدالة و حتى بعد صدور الحكم قد خصه بجملة من التدابير تختلف عن تدابير البالغين ، بغية حماية الحدث وضمانا لحقوقه . ـ الكلمات المفتاحية : حماية الطفل ، إجراءات متابعة ، قاضي األحداث . Summary: Among the important and basic stages in the life of the individual is the stage of his childhood, if he grew up in a good environment, and a society that protects him so that he has safety and psychological and health stability, we are about a rising age group that advances the nation, which is what the Algerian legislator aimed towards this young age group, as he singled him out with a number of legal texts in the Penal Code according to the subject of the crime committed against him and the penalty prescribed for it, and on the one hand Others have been allocated follow-up procedures before the justice system, and even after the sentencing has been issued, he has been singled out for a number of measures different from those of adults, in order to protect the juvenile and guarantee his rights.
