Abstract
This study aims to highlight the role of digitization in improving the quality of public services at the Municipality of ouanougha. The findings revealed that implementing digitization effectively enhanced administrative performance, reduced service processing time, increased transparency, and raised citizen satisfaction levels. The effectiveness of digital training programs in upgrading staff skills was confirmed, alongside moderate citizen satisfaction with current digital services. The study recommends developing user-friendly digital applications, generalizing digitization across municipal services, improving digital infrastructure, and maintaining continuous staff training.
