| dc.description.abstract | الإجراءات المقررة لمتابعة الحدث من أهم الإجراءات التي تفرض على المشرع إهتماما كبيرا بفئة الأحداث، فالحدث هو كل طفل لم يبلغ سن الثامنة عشرة سنة كاملة وقت إرتكاب الجريمة، ومن هنا تتحدد مسؤوليته الجنائية والحدث الجانح. وقد خص المشرع الجزائري الأحداث بإجراءات تختلف عن تلك المقررة للبالغين عبر مراحل الدعوى العمومية آ خذاً بعين الإعتبار المراحل السنية الموجود فيها الحدث . فنجد أن الطابع الغالب عليها هو الطابع التربوي التأهيلي . وفي الأخير فإن السياسة الجنائية التي إتبعها المشرع الجزائري فيما يتعلق بالأحداث تساير إلى حد كبير ما أقرته المواثيق والإتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بالأحداثوالتي تهدف إلى حماية وإعادة تأهيل الحدث الجانح. Abstract The procedures established for juvenile follow-up are among the most important procedures that impose on the legislator great attention to the category of juveniles, as the juvenile is every child who did not reach the full eighteen years of age at the time of the commission of the crime, and from here his criminal responsibility and the delinquent juvenile are determined. The Algerian legislator singled out juveniles with procedures different from those prescribed for adults through the stages of the public prosecution, taking into consideration the age groups in which the juvenile is present. We find that the predominant character is the educational qualification character. Finally, the criminal policy followed by the Algerian legislator with regard to juveniles is in line with what has been approved by international conventions and agreements related to juveniles, which aim to protect and rehabilitate juvenile delinquents | en_US |
