| dc.description.abstract | The Algerian legislator introduced a new legal mechanism that would purify the real estate container, within the framework of settling the status of real estate and settling the status of private real estate, in order to avoid the problems arising from the delay in the general survey of land on the one hand, and the application of the fame contract since 1983, on the other hand. Subsequently, Law No. 12/17 dated 12/27/2117 was enacted, which included the establishment of the procedure for inspecting the right of ownership and the delivery of title deeds through real estate investigation, and Executive Decree No. 18/147, on the basis of which the title deed is delivered to each person. It meets the legal requirements. The latter ensures that others who have an interest in the property subject of the real estate investigation are able to file objections to the results of the real estate investigation administratively, which the real estate investigator decides on by holding a conciliation session by summoning the parties, but in the event of failure of amicable solution, resort to the judiciary, and This is before the final settlement of the property's status within the real estate cards in the Land Registry In the face of the development and diversity of the urban base of cities, a number of changes have emerged that affected real estate in particular and the urban facade of the city in general as a result of the increasing population density, which led to the creation of urban chaos that contributed undesirably to the spread of illegal buildings, and this is what led the Algerian legislator to Issuing laws to limit this phenomenon up to Law 08-15, which includes determining the rules for matching buildings and completing their completion.
