| dc.description.abstract | بالرغم من الجهود التي بذلتها الدولة الجزائرية ، لتحقيق المساواة الفعلية بين الجنسين في مجال حق الترشح ، وبالرغم من تعديل لسنة 2008 وما تلاه من قانون عضوي بتوسيع حقوق المرأة وتخصص المرأة مقاعد لها في المجالس المنتخبة ، إلا أن فعلية هذه المشاركة تصطدم بعدة عوائق واقعية . كون المجتمع الجزائر يلا يشجع المشاركة السياسية للمرأة ويختزل دورها في البيت بينما يوكل الرجل لتولي المناصب السياسية لأنه الاقدر عليها حسب اعتقاد غالبية المجتمع الجزائر ، في حين تحوز المرأة على الامكانيات الفكرية والعلمية لاقتحام هذا المجال وإثبات نجاحها كما أتثبته في المجالات الأخرى . Summary : Despite the efforts made by the Algerian state to achieve de facto equality between the sexes in the field of the right to run for office, and despite the amendment of 2008 and the subsequent organic law expanding women's rights and allocating seats for them in elected councils, the effect of this participation collides with several realistic obstacles. The fact that the Algerian society at night encourages the political participation of women and reduces their role at home while assigning men to political positions because they are the most capable according to the belief of the majority of Algerian society, while women possess the intellectual and scientific capabilities to enter this field and prove their success as they prove in other fields. | en_US |
