dc.description.abstractThis project aims to design and develop an intelligent chatbot system to provide tutoring for university students, particularly first-year students. The system helps alleviate the challenges faced by new students by providing instant answers to frequently asked questions, thus enabling faster and smoother integration into university life. At the same time, it reduces the workload on university administrative staff by minimizing repeated inquiries and enhancing the quality of services provided. The project covers the essential stages of system development, including needs analysis, database design, and various procedures using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system was implemented using the Flutter framework.
