Item Open Access منصةلتسييرالعقارات(Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'sila, 2025-06-19) ساعد، زيد; مشرف: مفتاح، لكحلفي ظل التحوالت الرقمية املتسارعة، أصبح من الضروري رقمنة القطاعات الحيوية لتحقيق فعالية أكبر وتسهيل املعامالت. يهدف هذا املشروع إلى دراسة واقع القطاع العقاري في الجزائر، وتسليط الضوء على أبرز التحديات التي تواجهه، مثل ضعف التنسيق بين الفاعلين، نقص الشف افية، وصعوبة الوصول إلى املعلومات والخدمات. ء على ذلك، تم اقتراح منصة رقمية متكاملة تجمع بين الوكاالت العقارية، املهندسين، املقاولين، ا بنا واملستخدمين، من أجل تحسين التفاعل بينهم وتسهيل عمليات البيع، الشراء، واإليجار، باإلضافة إلى تنظيم املناقصات والعروض. و قد تم اعتماد تقنيات حديثة في تطوير هذه املنصة، مثل: Cloudinary ،Firebase ،Flutter، و HTML و CSS و JavaScript، مع اعتماد بنية تعتمد على واجهات تفاعلية وتجربة مستخدم سهلة. يساهم هذا املشروع في دعم التحول الرقمي للقطاع العقاري، ويمّهد الطريق نحو إدارة أكثر شفافية و كفاءة في هذا المجال.Item Open Access Conception et réalisation d’un site web d’allocation immobiliére(Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'sila, 2025-06-15) KHAYREDDINE, ARIOUA; ELBACHIR, CHOUDAR; Encadreur: Mohammed, BounifCe mémoire examine l’impact des applications immobilières sur la digitalisation du marché immobilier en Algérie, dans un contexte marqué par la généralisation des smartphones et l’amélioration de l’accès à Internet. Ces plateformes numériques facilitent la mise en relation entre acheteurs et vendeurs grâce à des fonctionnalités innovantes telles que les annonces en temps réel, la géolocalisation et les visites virtuelles. À travers une approche analytique, ce travail évalue l’efficacité de ces outils, identifie leurs avantages et défis, et propose des recommandations pour une intégration réussie dans le contexte algérien. La recherche s’appuie sur une étude technique incluant la conception UML, l’architecture client/serveur, les aspects du e-commerce et la mise en œuvre d’une application web sécurisée utilisant des technologies modernes côté client et serveur. L’objectif est de contribuer à une transformation numérique durable et adaptée aux besoins du marché local.Item Open Access A digital academy to learn programming, artificial intelligence and IT filde(Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'sila, 2025-06-15) Houssam Eddine, Amroune; Supervisor: Samir, AkhroufIn this rapidly changing digital world, education systems across the globe have seen profound transformations, notably in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic not only revealed the limitations of typical in-person educational experiences but also illuminated the bright light of scalable, inclusive innovation in digital learning. Against this backdrop, Algeria (like many other developing countries) faces enormous challenges when trying to provide modern IT education that fits the growing demand of an increasingly digital workforce, and the competitive demands of a global job market. This thesis proposes a systematic design for a digital academy focused on programming, artificial intelligence (AI), and information technology (IT), specifically in the Algerian context. The platform aims to develop a bridge between traditional education and the need for practical, accessible, and high-quality technical training, by offering a holistic educational ecosystem comprised of an advanced Learning Management System (LMS), interactive course content, real-time assessment, and community-based engagement, all presented in both Arabic and English. The research begins with the literature review that highlights digital learning platforms globally, in the Arab world, and in Algeria; and describes the implications of important strengths, weaknesses, and shortcomings to the online presence contents and their structure, user experience, pedagogical design, and potential improvements to align with the developing needs of labor markets. An analysis of the original platforms was conducted using qualitative and quantitative analyses which provided a detailed comparison of the existing educational systems in Algeria which are unstructured, offer little interactivity and are unsecured for financial transactions, as all educational offerings were relying on social media access links (Facebook, YouTube) or online learning materials (educational resources, references, documents). Informed by the analysis, a rigorous requirements analysis was then conducted, to develop a valid set of functional and non-functional requirements and specifications, while also adapting the recommendations to suit the sociotechnical particularities of the context of Algeria. These included access to limited infrastructure particularly in rural areas, linguistic and cultural diversity including the Arabic and Tamazight languages, and aligning curriculum design with the national strategy for digital transformation and a youth employment strategy. The platform and architecture represent good brief design choices to create the modular, scalable development model discussed in the literature review using the Waterfall development model. The unrestricted multi-featured LMS and the existing online transaction payment system; online and home care tutorials; progress boards and tracking functions; a variety of collaborative features, such as discussion forums, live chat, and the development of multiple types of course offerings in programming and artificial intelligence. Other issues such as access to the LMS; access to multilingual environments; access that is mobile compatible; and ensuring inclusivity and accessibility across a range of users were also resolved. Ultimately, this thesis advocates for a sustainable, locally relevant digital learning model that not only enhances technical education in Algeria but also supports national goals in economic development, digital sovereignty, and human capital formation. The proposed digital academy represents a foundational step towards a more connected, skilled, and VI digitally empowered Algerian society. C’est dans ce contexte que nous avons développé une plateforme en ligne dédiée à l’inscription et à l’apprentissage à distance, offrant une expérience éducative complète et innovante.La plateforme intègre plusieurs fonctionnalités répondant aux besoins des élèves de différents niveaux et spécialités. Elle permet aux utilisateurs d’apprendre et d’interagir avec les contenus pédagogiques via Internet de manière simple et efficace. Pour le développement de ce projet, nous avons utilisé divers langages de programmation. Notre travail répond à plusieurs problèmes identifiés, notamment l'absence de suivi des colis, le manque de réactivité entre les acteurs, la non-prise en charge des colis urgents et l'absence de paiement électronique. Nous avons proposé des solutions à travers une application web réalisée avec ReactJS, TailwindCSS et ExpressJS. Il comprend des fonctionnalités essentielles telles que la navigation dans les produits, le panier d'achat, l'authentification des utilisateurs et la gestion des commandes. Le système dispose également d'un tableau de bord d'administration et du contrôle du contenu. La semaine a suivi une méthodologie structurée, de l'analyse aux tests, aboutissant à une plateforme évolutive et conviviale. This comprehensive theo retical information was retrieved from our practical study, as the Darvoo application is an applied model that expresses the most important concepts studied in the Algerian market. The application digitizes the marketing and control processes for housing, as well as the in teractive ones, through tools such as maps, advanced sanding, and electronic review of real estate frameworks. The results showed that the application contributes to overcoming some traditional problems, such as the lack of transparency and the difficulty of accessing accu rate real estate information, reflecting the importance of compatibility between theoretical aspects and modern technological practices.Item Open Access Gene-disease association using Machine Learning(Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'sila, 2025-06-15) Amina, Boufissiou; Supervisor: Lamri, SayadThis thesis examines how machine learning can be used to forecast gene-disease associations, focusing on asthma and cardiomyopathy. Traditional genomic approaches often struggle with complex, high-dimensional data, particularly in non-coding regions. To address this, we developed a predictive framework using models such as XGBoost and MLP, aiming for both accuracy and interpretability. Our results show how machine learning (ML) might enhance early diagnosis and aid in clinical decision-making through a multi-disease prediction model, achieving high accuracy for both conditions (79% for asthma and 96% for cardiomyopathy). The tool evaluates user interfaces based on Nielsen’s ten usability heuristics, including visibility of system status, the match between the system and the real world, user control and freedom, consistency, and error prevention, among others. Its functionalities include detecting non-compliant UI elements such as buttons, error messages, and navigation components, in addition to analyzing accessibility, generating automated audit reports, and providing UX recommendations based on established standards. This tool contributes to streamlining the audit process and enhancing the quality of user experience systematically and effectively.Item Open Access Smart Irrigation Based on Soil Moisture Detection(Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'sila, 2025-06-15) Somia, Dilmi; Supervisor: Said, GadriThis work presents the development of a smart irrigation system based on monitoring soil moisture and air temperature. The objective is to reduce water waste and improve crop productivity by using an Arduino board and low-cost sensors to automate irrigation. The system delivers water only when needed, based on real-time environmental data. Although artificial intelligence was not fully integrated, the study explores its potential application in future versions. Additionally, a farmer awareness component was proposed to promote the adoption of such technologies. With the company's growth and evaluation, employees found themselves with the need of speed and quality to efficiently handle the documents, requiring their concentration, effort, and considerable time, which occasionally leads to unsuccessful outcomes. As a solution for this problem, we proposed RAGDocAI Chat, which is a chatbot that offers a user-friendly interface that lets the employees or users effectively interact with the internal documents of their company, with comparable performance and accuracy to models such as ChatGPT and Grok, and deepseek using the power of large language models( LLMs) to generate insightful, infered answers based on the documents and the user's query in natural language.RAGDocAI also use Retrieval Augmented Generation technologies such as traditional RAG, Advanced RAG, GraphRAG, and AgenticRAG to build a knowledge domain from these documents, reducing the hallucination of the LLM due to its limited knowledge of those domains or not very familiar with themItem Open Access Sentiment Analysis of Tweets Related to the Gaza War(Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'sila, 2025-06-15) Haithem, Reguig Berra; Supervisor: Rahima, BenterciaThis research aims to analyze the sentiment of Arabic tweets related to the Gaza conflict. The dataset was built by collecting tweets from social media platforms and previous studies, ensuring a diversity of dialects and perspectives. The tweets underwent preprocessing using a custom Python code, which included removing emojis, standardizing spellings, and removing ineffective common words. Sentiments were then manually classified as positive, negative, or neutral. A modified AraBERT model was trained to accurately perform the classification task. The final system allows for the input of new Arabic tweets and their sentiment analysis with high accuracy.Item Open Access Speech Emotion Recognition Using Deep Learning Models(Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'sila, 2025-06-15) Rania, Agoune; Supervisor: Said, GadriThis project addresses the recognition of human emotions through speech using artificial intelligence. A CNN-based model was developed to classify emotions like happiness, anger, and sadness from features such as MFCC. Datasets like RAVDESS, SAVEE, and CASIA were combined to enhance diversity. Data augmentation techniques improved model generalization. The model achieved over 96% accuracy. A Flask-based web interface enables training, testing, and real time prediction. The system offers promising applications in mental health, education, and customer service. The system helps alleviate the challenges faced by new students by providing instant answers to frequently asked questions, thus enabling faster and smoother integration into university life. At the same time, it reduces the workload on university administrative staff by minimizing repeated inquiries and enhancing the quality of services provided. The project covers the essential stages of system development, including needs analysis, database design, and various procedures using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system was implemented using the Flutter framework.
