| dc.description.abstract | ان التطور الذي شهدته الجيوبوليتيك في عالم ما بعد الحرب الباردة، افرز مسارات وأبعاد جديدة للدراسات الحديثة في هذا المجال، من بينها _ولعله الأهم_ هو : جيوبوليتيك المياه، نظرا للبعد السياسي الذي بات يحمله هذا الأخير. نحاول في هذه الدراسة إسقاط هذا الفرع الحديث على حالة الجزائر مع التركيز على المياه الحدودية الشرقية والغربية في ظل ثنائية المنبع/المصب، الأمر الذي يثبت وجود منافسة على هذا المورد، وما يترتب على هذه الأخيرة من توترات مستقبلية مع دول الجوار من عدمه. الكلمات المفتاحية: جيوبوليتيك، جيبوليتيك المياه، المياه الحدودية. Abstract: The evolution of geopolitics in the post-cold-war world has produced new paths and dimensions for recent studies in this field. One of the most vital one is the geopolitics of water as a result of its political dimension. The current study tries to investigate this phenomena with respect to Algeria, with emphasis on the eastern and western border waters under the upstream / downstream duality, which proves the existence of competition on this resource and the consequent future tensions with neighboring countries.
