Abstract: The objectives of studying the subject of sports company management in Algeria are to highlightthat sports management has become, in the modern era, a major means for achieving the goals of youth and sports bodies, by taking full advantage of the resources and capabilitiesavailablethrough good planning and organization in the field of management, as well as full investment of humanresources, physicaleducation, and sports, whichrequire... It iscurrentlymanaged by skilledspecialists in the sports field, in addition to the availability of administrative experiencefromboth a theoretical and practical perspective sothatitcan face global changes and developments. By analyzing the rules of lawapproved by the Algerian legislator, we have come to the conclusion that the management of the sports company in all itsformsissubject to the legalcontrolsadopted by the Algerian legislator in its relevant legaltexts, consideringit a commercial companywhosefield and subject of activityisprofessional sports. In this regard, wesuggestthat the Algerian legislatorshouldalways update and developitstexts. Legal issues related to professional sports activity.
