Abstract

Speaking of the field of education, given its sensitivity and importance to the state, its success and achievement of its goals are derived from various bodies, of which local communities are a part, through contributions that support the school in various financial and technical aspects, as well as the administrative aspect in developing programs and implementing the school project, so that all of this contributes to the success, development and prosperity of the educational system, where the role of the state is from the financial and technical aspect, as the state allocates a portion of its budget for the school, as it works to choose the appropriate and most appropriate place to build and equip it, while the municipality is responsible for developing the school project, implementing it, providing it with the various tools and means it needs, and providing security and guarding the school... Therefore, local communities are considered a fundamental pillar through their continuous efforts to support the school, and this is what we have reached in our modest study and concluded through laws, decisions and official articles through the Official Gazette, which has granted these powers to local communities, which in turn push the school project towards the good progress of the educational system, its development and prosperity.
