Abstract
يعتبرموضوعالطبالشرعي من المواضيع الهامة والتي تستحق الدراسة؛ حيث يعتبر همزة وصل بين الطب والقانون، أين يقوم الطب الشرعي بدراسة العلاقة القريبة والبعيدة التي تربط الوقائع الطبية بالنصوص القانونية، فالطب الشرعي من المواضيع الهامة والمميزة لما له من أهمية بالغة في خدمة وتنوير العدالة، ومن خلال هذا البحث المتواضع قمنا بدراسة وتبيان الدور الذي يلعبة الطب الشرعي في البحث عن الحقيقة وتسخيرها لخدمة العدالة بطرق علمية ودقيقة .
Abstract:
Forensic theme is the link between medicine and law, which is concerned with
studying the near or distant relationship that can exist between medical facts and legal texts, it is also one of the most important topics and medical specialties, and for this important study came to describe the role Played by the coroner in search of truth and justice and to unveil the actual criminal and causes and manner of committing crimes.
