| dc.description.abstract | يعترب صندوؽ النفقة واحدا من األدوات اؼبساندة غبل اؼبشاكل العالقة بُت الزوجُت بسبب الطبلؽ بعد استحالة اغبياة الزوجية بينهما، ذلك اف للطبلؽ ااثر منها العدة واغبضانة والنفقة ،وال شك اف اؼبراة تعاٍل الكثَت خبلؿ سَت احملكمة ،وتستمر ىذه اؼبعاانة بسبب تعمد االب التهرب من دفع ما عليو ، فكثَت من األزواج يتخلوف عن مسؤولباهتم ذباه أبنائهم بعد طبلقهم لزوجاهتم ، فبل يوفروف ؽبم مسكنا وال نفقة دائمة ،تسمح ؽبم ابلعيش الكرَل ، واحياان يكوف الزوج قادرا على توفَت مصاريف اؼبعيشة ؽبم ، ولكنو يتخلى على مسؤولياتو دبجرد الطبلؽ ،فبا هبعل األبناء عرضة للحاجة ،فهذه اؼبسائل دفعت اؼبشرع اعبزائري على غرار الكثَت من الدوؿ العربية اىل إهباد حلوؿ سريعة وانجعة سبثلت ُب احداث صندوؽ النفقة. ومن خبلؿ ىذا البحث اؼبتواضع سنعرض اىداؼ الصندوؽ وىيكلتو وموارد سبويلو والية عملو ،وفقا ؼبا جاء بو ىذا القانوف. الكلمات ادلفتاحية: صندوؽ النفقة ،حضانة،طبلؽ. Abstract: The pension alimentary funds are based on the same type of outils to raise the problems in the bathroom, This because devorce has conseconquence ,inclouding the waiting period,custody,and alimony. There is no doubt that the woman suffers a lot during the course of the court ,and this suffuring continues due to to the father stubbornness in evading paying, what the owes . Many habands abandon theirresponsibilities towardstheircheldren after divorcing,their wives and do not provide them withhousing or permanent expenses that allow them to live in dignity, and something the hasband is able to provide the living expenses, to them but he abandons his responsibilities once divorced . Wich makes the cheldrenvurnerable to need theseissues promtedthe Algerian legislator like mny arab countries to find quik and effective solutions represented by the creation of the alimony fund . Throught this modest research we will present the goals of the fund its structure its financing resources, and a practical mechanism according to what it stated this is law .
