| dc.description.abstract | تحقیق التنمیة الاقتصادیة هي أحد الأسباب التي تسعى لها الدول منها الدولة الجزائریة والاستثمارات هي احد المجالات الخصبة لتحقیق ذلك، ولهذا خصصت الدولة بعض الهیئات التي تقوم بالإشراف والمتابعة لمختلف المشاریع الاستثماریة في الوطن وتعتبر الوكالة الجزائریة لترقیة الاستثمار أحد هذه الأجهزة التي تغیرت عبر مختلف المحطات التشریعیة ً للقانون الجدید للاستثمار رقم 18-22، والمراسیم التنفیذیة المتعلقة به الذي السابقة وصولا أعاد تنظیم وتشكیل الوكالة بدایة بتغییر تسمیتها من الوكالة الوطنیة لتطویر الاستثمار إلى الوكالة الجزائریة لترقیة الاستثمار والتغییر فیها على مستوى تشكیلتها وتنظیمها مع التغییر في المهام الموكلة لها والتوسیع في صلاحیاتها من خلال استحداث منصة رقمیة للمستثمر ً في استقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبیة وتسییر حافظة المشاریع، وغیرها من المهام سعیاAchieving economic development is one of the reasons that countries seek, including the Algerian state, and investments are one of the fertile areas to achieve this, and for this reason the state has allocated some bodies that supervise and follow up on various investment projects in the country, and the Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion is one of these bodies that have changed through various previous legislative stations. Leading up to the new Investment Law No. 22-18, and the decrees executive decrees, which reorganized and formed the agency, starting with changing its name from the National Agency for Investment Development to the Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion, and changing it at the level of its formation and organization with the change in the tasks assigned to it and the expansion of its powers through the creation of a platform Digital services for the investor, project portfolio management, and other tasks in an effort to attract foreign investments and encourage national investments.
